Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and packaged with care at our family farm. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be processed the following week.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days from ship date
• Expedited options may be available at checkout

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping coming soon.

Our Rural Roots
We're a small-batch operation based on a working farm in rural Canada. Our nearest post office is a 20-minute drive, so we make weekly trips to ship orders. Thank you for supporting a truly farm-to-door business and for your patience as we get your handcrafted soaps to you.
